April was incredibly helpful to us while we searched for a new home. She was never pushy or impatient with us. In fact, she urged us not to settle and to find the best home for us. April was very transparent about the pros and cons of each home and about any issues they had. She drove all over God's green earth with us looking for homes in various locations and never once complained. She was also really on top of sending us new listings that may interest us. We've never had such a great experience with a realtor before and if/when we move again, we absolutely will be reaching out to her!

She gave us the time and space to decide yet was very responsive through the buying process. Her friendly disposition was instrumental in communicating concerns/ seeking answers between seller and buyer. We highly recommend Chelsea. She is friendly and informed yet driven to produce results. We were greeted with an incredibly clean property with manuals and key home information as well as a very thoughtful house warming gift. We believe all of this was attributed to her negotiation and interpersonal skills.
