Eddie was an excellent realtor to work with. He was professional, personable, and very easy going throughout the entire process. He was very invested in our house-hunting, very well prepared for every showing in the short period of time we had. And once we found our home, he arranged all the inspections, communicated with us throughout the closing process. We felt very well informed and prepared for closing. After we closed, he continued to be available to us with for any recommendations we needed to settle our family into our new neighborhood. I highly recommend Eddie for your next home purchase!

Loren far exceeded my expectations in a realtor. I decided to sell my condo in CB and reached out to several realtors to interview. When I had completed the interviews, Loren was the only one I called back for a follow up, and subsequently partnered with him on the sell. He was the only one, of the three interviewed, that truly had my best interest in mind. He listened to me, developed a plan and executed on it in record time. He maximized my profits in the sell. He is a true professional with customer service as his motivator. I would recommend Loren as your realtor as well! Ella Wilson
