Working with Tiffany Mayfield of the RE/MAX Jennifer Bullock Team was one of the best decisions we made. Because buying a home in North Carolina differed from our experience in Virginia, Tiffany clearly explained the process and patiently answered every question. Her communication with us and the seller’s agent was exceptional throughout. We are grateful to Tiffany for guiding us through the purchase and helping us find our retirement home.

Jennifer and her Team were excellent from the beginning to the end of selling our home. Living outside the USA required an agent with great skill to create the listing, the marketing, negotiating the purchase and closing. All this while maintaining constant communication with us every step of the way. She and her Team also took care of a number of loose ends after the sale. Thank you again for your great effort and support. Would not hesitate using her in the future.

We had an outstanding experience working with Drew Flynn to sell our home and purchase our new one. Managing both transactions at the same time could have been stressful, but he made the entire process feel organized, smooth, and manageable. From preparing and marketing our home for sale to guiding us through offers, negotiations, inspections, and closing, Drew was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive every step of the way. When it came to finding our new home, Drew listened carefully to what we wanted, answered our questions honestly, and helped us make informed decisions without ever making us feel pressured. His professionalism, patience, communication, and genuine commitment to our best interests gave us confidence throughout the journey. We are incredibly grateful for Drew’s hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
