He advised us on other listing prices in our neighborhood and listened to our concerns and in the end my husband and I were very satisfied with our listing price. Once the house went live with showings we were blown away with the number of showing and then offers that came in. In the end we accepted an offer way above asking price. Tim worked with us and helped us with every part of the process to list and sell the house and was done so easily. We highly recommend Tim as your real estate agent.
