I was coming off experience with the realtor that I had for the sale of my house, which gave me a bad taste in my mouth. That’s when I found Trevor and help me in a period of three to 4 weeks. He had me a house that I would be proud to have. Who told me that I needed to give them an over asking price because of the number of people we’ve been on the house . We priced the house at $17,000 over asking price. I was told that there were 11 offers on the house and Trevor came through for me and we got the house very happy very peaceful neighborhood. The house is sound. I got some fix ups in the yard but that’s expected. Thank you for Trevor‘s organization and all the help I had. Thank you I consider Trevor part of my family now Tom Maier .

I would highly recommend him to all those who are looking to buy a home or looking to sell their home. He is very understanding, patient, Accommodating, and just a great all around human being. I first started off with the agent who was hired to sell my property. Later on during the process, I found that she was not a good fit to complete the task. Jim came into the picture and gave 110% of his time and effort to get my home in North Carolina sold while I was in Tennessee. He always kept me informed of what is going on and processes that need to be taken. you will be very happy for the services that you hired him for in the real estate realm. 💯
