Tim Giffin was recommended to me by a friend so I gave him a phone call (1 of probably 100) and he immediately engaged himself towards the goals my wife and I had for our first home. Buying a home can be very stressful especially if you’re unsure about how everything works. Tim did an amazing job answering all of the questions we had as well as providing us with additional information. He shows his experience in this field through his hard work and knowledge. It is very apparent that he is passionate about his job and truly cares about his clients. If you want someone who will be HONEST and truly has YOUR best interest at heart I highly recommend you give Tim a phone call.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional services provided by Paula, our real estate agent in North Carolina. My name is Iris, and I reside in Colorado, while my son serves in the military and is stationed in North Carolina. In our search for a realtor, we were seeking someone who was not only brilliant and caring but also an excellent negotiator, someone who would prioritize my son's interests above all else. Paula not only met but exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Her dedication and commitment to finding the perfect home for my son went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Her professionalism and expertise in the real estate market were truly outstanding. We wholeheartedly believe that Paula deserves not just a five-star rating, but a 20-star one for her exceptional service. In addition to being an outstanding real estate agent, Paula has become a trusted family friend. We are immensely grateful for her unwavering support throughout this process. Thank you, Paula, for your exceptional service and for becoming a cherished part of our lives. Warm regards, Iris
