We met Jayne purely by chance as we were doing a "drive by" of a house for sale - but it turned out to be a lucky chance as she has been very helpful during our search for a vacation home on Oak Island. We have looked at probably 20+ homes with Jayne over a period of 8-9 months. We looked at some homes 2 or 3 times and Jayne has always been patient as we tried to find what worked for us. Jayne has provided excellent guidance regarding the Oak Island real estate market and ultimately helped us connect with a builder to get the home that we wanted within our budget. We definitely recommend Jayne as a buyer's agent.

i was ok with service but she should of tried 10k price reduction not 20k and i might of gotten closer to the initial 319k$ price all in all i did well and i wish her and her family the best
