Purchased a property in Leland Nc Arlene Bethell was our agent who helped us in choosing the proper location for our property. She is on top of everything and attentive to all questions and provides all proper answers. I would recommend Arlene to anyone who wants a smooth buying or selling experience. We will use her on all future endeavors.

Kathleen did a great job. She was always responsive and courteous. She looked out for our best interests. We are grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend her. The first two homes we were under contract for ended up having major issues after the home inspection. The third contract was a challenging deal through the COVID crisis. But Kathleen was tenacious and helped us see it through. She got us into the right house.
