Patricia had a strong knowledge of the communities we were interested in, and information on the rules and regulations that would be important to us in the future. Tracie and I are so grateful to have been able to find a realtor that genuinely cared about what was in our best interest, and helped us consider things that we had not previously thought of.

After our first showing with Danielle we knew we chose the right realtor. She kept us informed from the start, giving us many options on our relocation journey. Danielle made us realize what we thought we wanted in a new home wasn't really the right decision for us. Danielle was able to see and show us features in multiple properties that we would have overlooked! We kept coming back to one home. It seemed unaffordable, but Danielle made it work for us She was able to show us financing options we were not aware of, plus negotiated a great deal that worked for both us and the seller. We are not saying she was available 24/7 but at times it sure did seem like it! Danielle has great knowledge of this area and its real estate market. We believe without Danielle's experience and help we would have purchased the wrong home for us at this time in our lives. Stacey had an incredibly difficult buyer's agent(s) to deal with on my behalf and she had to dedicate many, many hours and days over the months to communicate with very immature, brutish and irrational buyers agents and the buyer himself, demanding unvalidated repairs on an as-is cash sale. They were unrelenting with their demands that actually breached the 2T as-is NC real estate contract, yet they called and made appointments though due diligence and on holidays. Stacey remained confident, strong and negotiated on my behalf understanding my financial needs with this sale and very intuitive to my reactions through this very difficult sale. She's a gem, and deserves all success and joy as a stellar realtor and person.
