Very responsive and exceeded expectations

I highly recommend Tarry Brisindi if you are looking for the best realtor in Wilmington, NC—she is incredible! I was looking for a home to buy in the Wilmington area and shopped around several reputable realty firms. What impressed me most about Tarry was her work ethic. Before we even met, she was sending me potential properties past 8 PM. She wasn't just trying to win my business and maintained that same level of dedication throughout the entire home-buying process. As a Wilmington native, she has incredible knowledge of the Wilmington real estate market, including neighborhoods like Wrightsville Beach, Porter's Neck, Ogden, Myrtle Grove, Leland, and Downtown. A standout moment for me was when I identified a builder I liked. I called them to ask about a specific model, and the representative immediately asked if I was Tarry’s client. It turns out she had already called them earlier that day to track down their construction sites. I love that level of proactivity. As a buyer, I felt completely supported. Tarry is professional, responsive, relatable, and truly understands the local inventory. If you need a top real estate agent in New Hanover County who knows how to navigate this competitive market, Tarry Brisindi is your realtor. Thanks, Tarry!

Tarry Brisindi was my wife and I’d agent. We were first time home buyers. She was patient, knowledgeable, flexible, all the things. Tarry was honest with us every step of the way and had our best interest in mind. Highly recommend.

Terry is extremely knowledgeable. She was there for us every step of the way when we bought our first home. She walked and guided us through the entire process, so it only made sense for us to go to her again when we were looking for a new home. And again, she hit a homerun. Once we're settled in our new home, we will look to Terry to help us sell our current home. She's the bestest!

Jennifer understands this business. She successfully represented our home sale., providing counsel that was invaluable She involved and asked for our input every step of the way.

Lisa did a phenomenal job finding our new home. She knows the Wilmington and surrounding areas very well having lived there all her life and was able to find the perfect fit for us. We couldn't be happier with our new home and community. We really appreciated her insight to the area as we were moving from out of state. She went out of her way to show us the area and explain the neighborhoods. Moving from out of state can be overwhelming, but Lisa made the process very smooth and welcomed us. We felt at ease and comfortable with Lisa throughout the entire process, she is very patient and always gave her honest opinion while looking out for our best interest. We had very specific criteria for our new home which we perceived could be a challenge for most agents, but Lisa accepted the challenge and exceeded our expectations. We were very blessed to find Lisa, she is an honest and caring agent that treated us like family. You are in excellent hands with Lisa, we will recommend her to our friends and family in a heartbeat.
