But with Kristi’s help, we were able to find a home in our budget, in our desired location AND within our square footage range. We were able to purchase the home we did because Kristi never gave up on our wants/needs. Grace not only knows the business but the territory She is also creative in her approach. I have had experience with Grace before and am always happy to be with her. She helped me set an excellent price, had a local photographer tour my house and the neighborhood for potential buyers to view, and sold it in five weeks, quite a feat. She worked with my bank and convinced the sellers to let me move my furniture into my new place before closing. And she is one of the kindest people I have ever known.
