In particular, I really liked her choice for home inspector, Wilson Fausel of Right Step Home Inspections. I'm a DIY kind of guy and Wilson was very thorough. In particular, he helps you figure out what is important and what you can do on your own. This is important for prioritizing your requests to the seller. Julie was very responsive in all of these processes and sent me texts & e-mails when there was news or something that needed to be signed. She was even helpful with prodding my lender when things seemed to be dragging. I highly, highly recommend Julie's services. Hopefully, I am in my forever home. But should my circumstances change, she'll be the first one that I call.
