Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. My husband and I have been working with Tina for nearly 10 years now.
