Professional, thorough and attentive is definitely an understatement when it comes to working with Hunter. By far the best realtor experience I’ve ever had. He truly sets the bar to new heights for what a realtor should be as well as what he does for his clients. Give him a call and I promise he will drastically exceed anything you’d expect or get from another realtor.

Hunter is, hands down, the best real estate agent in the Southern Pines/Raeford/Fayetteville area. I've used Hunter as my buyer's agent on 3 properties and my seller's agent on 1 property. His knowledge of the area and market trends is second to none. His network cannot be matched. You can't go wrong using Hunter as your agent and you certainly won't regret leaning on his expertise and support.

Hunter's market knowledge is excellent as his effort. Hunter has been our real estate agent for three transactions now and we not only enjoy working with Hunter but will only work with him for a multitude of reasons. He's trustworthy, which is a priority to us as a family. He's prompt - promptness is one of the highest items on my list as a "need to have" in a real estate agent given the market conditions and how fast technology moves. He has our best interest in mind and is willing to go above and beyond. Hunter's efforts with the seemingly smallest of items allows us to know that our transaction is being handled in the most secure fashion. Overall, we appreciate Hunter for walking with us through this entire process and while we hope to never do it again, should we have to, Hunter is our first call.
