We had such a great experience working with Mary. We went through so many homes and she was extremely patient with us. We ended up purchasing our beautiful home, and we have Mary to thank for that. She really walks you through the process, and is honest with you when your expectations are out of reach( to me that is so important)

From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Tiffany was amazing! She helped me find the perfect home for me and my girls! She was extremely flexible and answered any questions I had throughout my home buying process. I was pretty picky and she was very patient and understanding of my needs which made my experience with her that much better!
