We were able to recover our beloved family member that we feared was lost forever. He is wonderful to deal with in every way, and I highly recommend him to other house sellers and buyers. In particular, he helps you figure out what is important and what you can do on your own. This is important for prioritizing your requests to the seller. Julie was very responsive in all of these processes and sent me texts & e-mails when there was news or something that needed to be signed. She was even helpful with prodding my lender when things seemed to be dragging. I highly, highly recommend Julie's services. Hopefully, I am in my forever home. But should my circumstances change, she'll be the first one that I call.
