Their willingness to step in when needed kept the process from stalling. Despite the unique nature of the property and the market conditions, the house was under contract within the first month. Overall, the experience was very positive and I’m grateful for the effort Candice put into making a complicated sale go smoothly. He Worked well. He was a Good communicator. Listens and finds a home with your wants. He had all the paperwork done quickly and required no redos. He was very kind throughout the entire process.
