Our transaction was a little different than normal, we were buying a house in Vegas while still living in Dallas. She was always patient with us, encouraging, giving great advice, and always one step ahead of everything. Lesha was there for every question (day or night), every showing, and every little detail we didn't even know we needed to think about. She worked tirelessly to make sure things went smoothly and was the best at giving advice for negotiating the best price. She is very knowledgeable of the Vegas market and has several contacts and great relationships with different contractors in the Vegas area. Thanks to her dedication we are now in our new home that we absolutely love- and we honestly couldn't have done it without her. Kristyn has sold or helped me buy 5 properties now and she is the Shizznizz (since I will refrain from cussing on her review). She has your back and will fight for you tooth and nail. Need a referral for painting-bam she's got it, need something brought to your house-bam it's taken care of, need a painting recommendation-Kristyn's got you covered! Kristyn is the all around best realtor to deal with in the best of times and the worst of times (believe me i've dealt with her in both). But for the love of humanity people, please don't be that client who calls her late at night though because that is just plain chop you into pieces rude.

Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. My husband and I have been working with Tina for nearly 10 years now. We spent several years buying, renovating, and then reselling houses. Tina has also sold several of our personal homes when we moved.
