Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. My husband and I have been working with Tina for nearly 10 years now. We spent several years buying, renovating, and then reselling houses. Tina has also sold several of our personal homes when we moved. She is professional and always goes above and beyond what we expect. One of the things we love the most is that Tina actually listens to what we're looking for and doesn't try to pressure us into buying or selling. Personally, I am probably hard to work with, because I am picky. Tina is always patient, answers all our questions, and finds out any information that we're asking about. To top it all off, she is kind and friendly. It's easy to see that she loves what she's doing. Aubrey is an extraordinary agent. We purchased a foreclosure through her at the end of May, she was able to schedule our showings exactly when we needed them and we were able to find and close on our house in less than 4 weeks. She is extremely easy to communicate with, very prompt with her responses, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were looking for a house within an impossible timeframe and she made it happen. I couldn't be happier with our choice to choose her as our agent. She is extremely professional, however is still genuine and comfortable to be around. She goes above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She helped to ensure that our investment was sound, although that isn't part of her job. You can tell she truly loves her job. One thing that is a particular pet peeve of mine is when an agent is late for an appointment and Aubrey was always on time. During the end of our transaction seller's (VA bank) pushed the closing back by 10 days, after we had already signed settlement papers and thought we were all closed with the exception of being recorded with the county. This was beyond an enormous inconvenience for my family as we were living out of Airbnb's and then had to switch to an extremely over priced hotel room with the 6 of us and 2 pets. The situation was tense and extremely stressful, but Aubrey came to our rescue and allowed us to stay in her parent's winter home in Fayetteville until our closing. She went well above and beyond her duties as an agent. However, she once again pulled though for us and pulled some strings to get us closed and recorded within 48 hrs of our original closing date.
