Candice was outstanding to work with and I would recommend her without hesitation. She recently helped me sell a property that had been my father’s home for over 20 years. The property was somewhat unique — a 30-year-old rural home on five acres that also included two large commercial buildings. Because of the niche nature of the property and the relatively slow movement in the area at the time of listing, I expected the process to take quite a while. Candice approached it with a thoughtful strategy and a lot of persistence. The house and buildings were also completely full of belongings, which added another layer of complexity.
