The property was somewhat unique — a 30-year-old rural home on five acres that also included two large commercial buildings. Because of the niche nature of the property and the relatively slow movement in the area at the time of listing, I expected the process to take quite a while. Candice approached it with a thoughtful strategy and a lot of persistence. The house and buildings were also completely full of belongings, which added another layer of complexity. Candice helped identify and coordinate an estate sale company that was able not only to conduct the sale but also to remove the remaining personal property afterward.
