Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Being first time buyers we had tons of questions and concerns, but Adrienne was more then able to answer those questions and calm any concerns we had. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues. If you are looking at property for personal use or INVESTMENT purposes, there is absolutely nobody better than Ashley, seriously! Our experience working with Ashley has been absolutely amazing. She knows the Raleigh and surrounding markets incredibly well and is supremely knowledgeable about the past, current, and future planned initiatives of the entire area. She is VERY responsive anytime we have a question or need something and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I can't say enough positive things about her and how pleased we have been working with her on several investment properties already. Kristyn has sold or helped me buy 5 properties now and she is the Shizznizz (since I will refrain from cussing on her review). She has your back and will fight for you tooth and nail. Need a referral for painting-bam she's got it, need something brought to your house-bam it's taken care of, need a painting recommendation-Kristyn's got you covered! Kristyn is the all around best realtor to deal with in the best of times and the worst of times (believe me i've dealt with her in both). But for the love of humanity people, please don't be that client who calls her late at night though because that is just plain chop you into pieces rude.
