Where do I even begin?! As a first time homebuyer with no knowledge of the area, Bill was an absolute lifesaver. I began my home search before ever stepping a foot in North Carolina. Bill's local knowledge of the the Southern Pines/Aberdeen/Pinehurst area, expertise of the market and overall professionalism made my homebuying experience a stress-free process. Bill consistently took the initiative to make sure that I was comfortable and informed at all times, calmly coaching me through the tumultuous market. His knowledge of the area is astounding, and his transparency about the neighborhoods, community, pros/cons, etc. was one of the things I appreciated the most about working with him. I cannot speak enough praises -- I would highly recommend Mr. Sahadi to anyone looking to buy in the Southern Pines and Pinehurst area of Moore County. He is a genuine professional who will work diligently to make sure that you find the perfect home!
