As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and thete were so many things that I didn’t understand. Graham experience and knowledge was vital to the process. Its like he knew what questions I had before I did. He was always a step ahead and really made it a seemless process. I always hear about how stressful the home buying process can be, that is not the case if Graham Baker is your realtor. I would never consider buying real estate without Graham.

When I moved to to the area, I was referred to Mrs Tripp by a co-worker. She showed me several areas and helped me to find a cute house that fits my budget.

Christine is the absolute best. We were on the fence about listing the house before speaking with her. She confidently predicted that the house would sell in a day at full asking price, I’ll admit I was skeptical. The day after we listed, in comes the offer at full price. She worked with us patiently and skillfully through all of the negotiations al the way through closing and that couldn’t have been easy. There is no doubt in my mind that we A) wouldn’t have sold as quickly or for as much as we did or B) made it through the closing with our sanity without Christine as our realtor. If you want to sell your house for top dollar with all the support you could ask for, go with Christine and her team, you won’t regret it!

Aubrey is an extraordinary agent. We purchased a foreclosure through her at the end of May, she was able to schedule our showings exactly when we needed them and we were able to find and close on our house in less than 4 weeks. She is extremely easy to communicate with, very prompt with her responses, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were looking for a house within an impossible timeframe and she made it happen. I couldn't be happier with our choice to choose her as our agent. She is extremely professional, however is still genuine and comfortable to be around. She goes above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She helped to ensure that our investment was sound, although that isn't part of her job. You can tell she truly loves her job. One thing that is a particular pet peeve of mine is when an agent is late for an appointment and Aubrey was always on time. During the end of our transaction seller's (VA bank) pushed the closing back by 10 days, after we had already signed settlement papers and thought we were all closed with the exception of being recorded with the county. This was beyond an enormous inconvenience for my family as we were living out of Airbnb's and then had to switch to an extremely over priced hotel room with the 6 of us and 2 pets. The situation was tense and extremely stressful, but Aubrey came to our rescue and allowed us to stay in her parent's winter home in Fayetteville until our closing. She went well above and beyond her duties as an agent. However, she once again pulled though for us and pulled some strings to get us closed and recorded within 48 hrs of our original closing date.
