Sherry was a fantastic realtor for my wife and I. My wife and I were not local, yet sherry was extremely flexible with us and when we could come into town to check out houses. She also quickly realized what type of homes we were looking for and notified us of many others to look at. The market was crazy and we got out bid on several, but she worked extensively to find us a home. The one she found us was perfect, and better then the ones we were had previously bid on. When issues arose with our lender not meeting timelines, Sherry was extremely flexible and made the process work with the seller. We last minute even switched lenders a few days before closing due to the first lender dragging their feet and forcing us to change closing dates twice already. Sherry quickly got us set up with a new lender, and for an even lower rate. Buying in this market, while living out of town, and traveling for work would have made this impossible for us to find the right house had it not been for Sherry.
