this is a perfect example of someone coming in and taking partial commission from the listing realtor. Jan was extremely helpful, yet came across as judgmental towards our choices in property. We appreciate the fact she assisted us in purchasing our home, but we were far from comfortable with her demeanor. Our dealings with her we're scattered, insulting at times, and far from what we anticipated our first time home buyers experience to be. Having knowledge in home building, we constantly found Jan to question, and almost disapprove of our choices. Our dealings were 90% with the lending company, and not Jan, finding ourselves multiple times to be several steps ahead of her in the knowledge of where the lending status stood, or even general paperwork needing to be filled out. Overall, Jan is great, but we felt very dismissed, even slightly racially judged by her and will never deal with her again.

My husband and I recently worked with Abby Mantz and she was amazing. In this difficult market she went above and beyond to help us find a home that works for us. During the sale she was super helpful in going by the home multiple times to ensure all repairs were being made. I highly recommend Abby if you are looking to buy a home. She is professional, efficient, and will go above and beyond!

Ronnie Was with us every step of the way. A true professional. He made the whole experience easy for us, handling every issue that came along during the process.

Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. My husband and I have been working with Tina for nearly 10 years now. We spent several years buying, renovating, and then reselling houses. Tina has also sold several of our personal homes when we moved. She is professional and always goes above and beyond what we expect. One of the things we love the most is that Tina actually listens to what we're looking for and doesn't try to pressure us into buying or selling. Personally, I am probably hard to work with, because I am picky. Tina is always patient, answers all our questions, and finds out any information that we're asking about. To top it all off, she is kind and friendly. It's easy to see that she loves what she's doing. We highly recommend using Tina Dawson for both buying and selling your home or other real estate investments. Top-notch all the way!

Carolyn is a Incredible agent, I would Highly recommend her. She knows her job and does it!!
