Dedicated and experienced!

AnnMarie is easily one of the most dedicated people I know. I had questions pop up constantly and she was always there to answer, and with an optimistic and excited attitude. Her experience is second to none - having been a real estate agent for many years, she knows what she's talking about (this was really important for me because I didn't want to use someone who JUST became licensed...). I've already recommended her to all of my friends and will continue to do so. I know you'll find your dream home (and for the RIGHT price) if you use AnnMarie.

Best Realtor in NC!

I have worked with Trace on several real estate transactions. He is very knowledgeable and will go to bat for his clients every time. Since he's been in the industry for a while and is one of the few people that are actually from Charlotte, Trace has a lot of connections for vendors whether you're looking to prepare your home for sale or fix up the new home you just bought. He's also just a good guy who is easy to talk to. I can't recommend Trace enough! Tell your friends!
