It was really clear just by watching him that he is an expert in his field. We spend 3 days together in the car checking out all of the properties we had prioritized, and he's funny, engaging, and very well-organized. Toney was a life-saver in handling the details of the inspections, gave well thought out advice during the due diligence period, and showed himself to be a shrewd and effective negotiator. Toney is that rarest of things: a person who puts being genuine in front of anything else. He's thoughtful, empathetic, knowledgeable, and intuitive. He helped make a challenging situation for me into something that was exciting and fun.
