She is extremely hardworking, professional, and will do anything for her clients! Lindsey is one of the best agents out there! She helped make our process extremely smooth as first time home buyers. She explained things so well and walked us through each step. We were able to move into our home and got paid at the closing table with 0 down! As comfortable, but aging, 30-year Lake Norman area residents, my husband Mike and I were warily considering downsizing from our large lakeview home amid lush landscaping and returning to Charlotte, NC, where we had raised our children. By mid-March, Renee patiently, diligently, and creatively located an affordable, large townhome in our SPECIFIED secluded park side location just 10 minutes from our daughter's home! We bought it; then listed our LKN home which sold 30 hours later for an unimagined price as Renee had assured us! Renee Foster's dogged service to our needs (from selling to buying to closings to remodeling to moving in) has sealed our high regard for her professionalism and for her friendship!!!
