Preceding our move to NC, we needed to sell our investment property, and roll the funds into a new rental. Sara was able to guide us into the most desirable areas, and helped us navigate the many choices available. She was also familiar with the 1031 Starker Exchange rules, and tight timeline required, and worked with us closely to insure we were able to make it happen. Happy to say we found a great property, and Sara was instrumental all the way to close, with plenty of time to spare. We highly recommend Sara! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a vast network of contractors when needed.

We could not be happier having Sarah as our realtor. I couldn’t imagine anyone else helping us navigate our cross-country move. Sarah is very kind, genuine, professional, easy to talk to, and an exceptional communicator. She’s responsive in answering questions, checking in, communicating next steps, collaborating with other parties involved, and was a true advocate for us every step of the way. Sarah also has strong market knowledge, and is a wonderful resource in helping to get aquatinted with the area. She’s shared valuable information about resources relevant to us, and has gone out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. There were many times we had to have our toddler in tow and she was absolutely wonderful with her, even bringing her little surprises. Our daughter absolutely adores her. Sara’s character is certainly stand-out, and her love for helping families find their perfect home truly shines through everything she does. She has our highest recommendation.

Working with Lisa was a pleasure! I was buying my first home and she made the experience stress free and enjoyable. With her extreme knowledge of the city, paired with her experience, I knew I was in good hands. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I am incredibly pleased. Without a doubt, when I begin my search for my next home, I will be using Lisa. I would, and do, recommend her whenever I can!
