I recently had the pleasure of working with Jody Jesse to purchase my 1st home & I can confidently say he is an exceptional realtor. From our very first meeting, Jody was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, & genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect home. He took the time to understand my needs, preferences & break down the whole process to me. Which made the entire experience unforgettable. He helped me understand, was positive during the whole process & was looking out for the best option. I’m very grateful for Jody. Not only has he helped me but also has helped my dad few years ago & hopefully soon he’ll help my close friend.

Loved working with Jody! This is my third time working with him and he continues to provide outstanding service and helps make the house selling process as easy as possible. Very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Would highly recommend!

Tracy was amazing to work with! He explained everything clearly, and had everything set up in a timely manner, allowing for a smooth process. He listened to our wants and needs and provided solid advice. He always had our interest in mind and truly made us feel like partners in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Tracy was very patient throughout our buying process. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the home we purchased and didn't push us into anything just to make a sale and move on. Following his expert advise, we let him negotiate on our behalf and got a better price than we expected. The house we chose needed some repairs and updates. Tracy was able to connect us with reasonably priced and reliable contractors and suppliers, saving us time and money. We're very pleased with the outcome.

Tracy made the home selling experience as easy and stress free as possible. Tracy helped us make smart staging choices (paint, carpet, landscaping, etc.) to maximize showings. Tracy helped us through the offer and due diligence process and got us to closing quickly. Tracy has a wealth of experience in the NC home market.
