Susan was amazing from the start! She made sure we connected to understand what I was looking for, budget, locations, and anything to avoid. When she would send properties through the portal for review, she would include helpful notes to each property she sent my way. When we started looking at properties, she made sure I had all the details and had answers to my many questions. If she wasn’t sure of the answer (which was rare, she knows so much!), she would research and find the answer! She always had my best interests in mind, making sure to share properties within my budget range. Not only did she have all the details/information, but she was very responsive.
