She took time to listen to what I was looking for and did a great job of pointing me in the in the right direction. She was a pleasure to work with and made looking at houses fun. She’s a problem solver. Any issue that came up with the purchase of my home she dealt with immediately. She knows the best contractors and vendors as well. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

The Charlotte / Huntersville market is hot, but it still takes a great agent like John Shaw to get a home like ours sold 10% over listing in 1 day!!! His knowledge of the Centennial neighborhood and Huntersville & Charlotte area in general as well as his relationships & professionalism our top notch. We also had a few unique sales challenges for any agent - short timeline, my wife is disabled and we needed a rent-back clause to extend our stay after the sale - and he negotiated everything we needed.
