I have worked with Trace on several real estate transactions. He is very knowledgeable and will go to bat for his clients every time. Since he's been in the industry for a while and is one of the few people that are actually from Charlotte, Trace has a lot of connections for vendors whether you're looking to prepare your home for sale or fix up the new home you just bought.
