It’s no coincidence that the word “great” is an anagram of Greta. She was an absolute joy to work with and always went well above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. Being a first home buyer, I was completely clueless of the process. Greta showed the utmost patience and was always compassionate and helpful in assisting with my lack of knowledge. She insisted that the home we finally chose checked off all the “must haves” and would not settle for anything less. Greta even got to know my family, sending them birthday texts and well wishes – that means a lot. I am so happy she picked up the phone when I called the Allen Tate Concord office that day.
