Jessie was amazing to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated how knowledgeable and supportive she was throughout the entire process. She provided great tips and information that helped me feel confident every step of the way. Jessie was always quick to respond and kept me updated on everything. I truly enjoyed working with her and will definitely be recommending her to friends and family looking to buy. She’s the best!

Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.

Working with Jake was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation through closing, he was always available, responsive, and proactive about keeping me informed. One of the things I appreciated most was the communication throughout the entire home-building process. There were so many moving pieces, decisions, and milestones along the way, but I always felt like I knew what was happening and what to expect next. He consistently provided updates, answered questions quickly, and made sure I understood each step of the process. Beyond the transaction itself, his knowledge and expertise really stood out. He has an incredible understanding of the Charlotte-area market and the surrounding communities, including the factors that influence home values and long-term growth. That level of knowledge gave me a lot of confidence that I was making informed decisions rather than simply buying a house. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or build a home in the Charlotte area. His communication, market knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to his clients make him an invaluable resource and truly exceptional realtor throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a better experience!
