I cannot say enough good things about Sheila St. Germain and Michael St. Germain. My life was in limbo trying to find a home and also sell my home and property. Sheila always answered the phone anytime I called And helped me in every way possible to get the home that I ended up in which is my dream home!! Not only did Michelle sell my house in less than 30 days but she communicated with me every step of the way. I never felt in the dark during the entire process and was kept up to date regularly which gave me a great sense of comfort (VERY different from my last agent). Her attention to detail was spot on. The sale almost unwound at the last minute because of a tax issue and Michelle worked tirelessly with the mortgage company to save it. I give Michelle my highest recommendation.
