We had lots for sale for several years In a new development with no prospective buyers until Colleen came along. Within several months she sold them all. What impressed me the most was the fact that she was not from the area where they were listed. That didn’t hinder her one bit. She works with buyers and sellers from all over so her pool of buyers/sellers are many. Thanks Colleen for getting the job done....

Bruce did an amazing job taking care of us through out both the buying and selling process. He is definitely looking out for his clients best interest the entire time. If we ever decide to move again we will be using Bruce Allen!
