Shannon was wonderful, every time I had a question about the house or needed help with signing transfer documents with electric and water, garbage she was right on it. We did have a Realtor before her for about a month and we were so frustrated that we simply stopped looking. I decided after a month of disappointment from the other agent I would call her. This was the best decision we made. She found our dream house in a day and a half. We are so grateful and happy.

Dee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable re the NC area we wanted to relocate to. Since we were moving from another state she educated us on NC real estate laws and differences between the states. She also took care of all of the due diligence items without our presence but kept us informed.

We ran into a few obstacles including title problems on the house we were buying, judging multiple closings in the same day, and buyer issues.
