Even with the distance between us, she helped us submit a bid which was accepted on April 17th and we closed on May 17th. Keldia helped us all along the way, both with the lender and the sellers. She answered questions and clarified any doubts we had, made sure all documents were submitted timely and correctly, scheduled inspections, and even helped us obtain the necessary insurance.
