A trusted realtor we frequently work with in North Carolina referred us to Dee to sell our South Carolina property, and we were grateful to receive the same professionalism and grace. Dee is attentive, receptive to feedback, and communicates clearly and consistently. She responded promptly whenever we contacted her and, because we live out of state, regularly checked on the property between showings. Throughout closing, she served as an excellent liaison among us, the buyer’s agent, and the attorney. Even after closing, Dee remained available to help resolve minor loose ends, saving us from traveling between states. She was instrumental in making the sale as quick and seamless as possible.
