We sold our house in 2021 and started looking for a new home in the Spring of 2022 and finally bought one in September 2022. This was our third permanent home and we had experience in dealing with realtors. We could not have found a better realtor that Qulia Brunson. First, she pays attention to detail once she understands the type of house and neighborhood you want to purchase. She is very consistent with sharing relevant listings, make suggestions and does not hesitate to give honest critiques after showings. Second, Qulia is very patient, persistent and flexible! she works around your schedule and will keep showing you houses as long as you are available. Third- she is always punctual and efficient. She was always at the showings before we arrived. This made us see more houses within short time. Lastly, Qulia is considerate! I have worked with realtors before who were only interested in selling fast and getting their sale %. She waits and show houses till you decide on what you want. Infact Qulia bought home insurance out of pocket to protect our house first few months. Qulia Brunson is my first choice in Charlotte if I was to purchase a home again. One realtor very different from the crowd!

Vito was extremely easy to work with. I really didn't think a realtor would be interested in listing undeveloped land in this price range and was surprised to see him put in so much effort. I had a transferred sewer tap fee certificate that was ancient and I assumed worthless. I was pleasantly surprised when he put in the work needed to redeem the certificate, saving me big $$. Super nice guy that is very knowledgeable. Best realtor I have ever worked with and at 61 I have been through several.
