This is our first time buying a home. We were scared. We didn’t even think we’d qualify. Sue gave us our space until we took the plunge. She was gentle and reassuring as we were very trepidations about the entire process. Soon as we got our pre approval, she matched my quick pace on finding a home. My goal was to close by end of March 2023. We started our search last week of February. Offer accepted and closed within 14 days! A record! Sue was fast with her responses, often in seconds. I move quick and she was right next to me the whole time. We were on the same wavelength the entire time. She was professional yet personable. I didn’t feel pressured or second guessed. She eased my worries with everything (I’m a natural worrier). She knows the business, she knows her stuff. God sent us an Angel when they sent us her. You won’t regret working with her. Don’t hesitate. Don’t second guess yourself. Ask for Sue, she’s got you!
