Janelle was wonderful! She called every time there was any update. Made sure we were always in the know. She had significant market knowledge. She answered any and all questions we had in a way that we, people with not much knowledge in realty, understand. She did everything she could to negotiate us a good price. We had several issues with our house towards the end. She made sure we had several good options on how to proceed. She always made sure we were comfortable with everything in the process. We are so happy we got to work with Janelle!
