I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. Victoria was not afraid of the challenge and immediately was ready to move forward with representing  me and the property.  During the process, Victoria was communicating regularly with updates.
