I have known Joyce Presley for nearly 25 years. We worked together when I was a real estate broker from 2002 until 2008. I chose Joyce to list my deceased mother’s property in 2014, because I was no longer an active broker. It was a very difficult time & Joyce was always there for me no matter what I needed. Joyce wound up selling the property in record time going above and beyond the call of duty to get us a good price and close a transaction that was very difficult as we had a buyer who was not honest and that transaction was pulled from the jaws of defeat by Joyce Presley more times than I can count.
