I guarantee you that you will not have any regrets about choosing Andy to represent you as a buyer or seller. Andy was our realtor for our most recent purchase on our family’s home. He is well equipped in knowledge for the Charlotte market. He’s extremely patient and makes it well known that he wants to help you find the perfect house to fit what you’re looking for no matter how many house tours that requires. He’s very observant when completing house tours while he points out any potential concern. He’s personable which allows him to further assist you as his client by not only genuinely enjoying being around him, but also to further increase his networking abilities to assist you with landing your dream home. He has a miraculous team from transaction manager, mortgage consultants, home inspectors, contractors, etc. We have been looking at homes since Jan 2022 with a prior realtor and continued to strike out. We made the choice to switch to Andy to represent us in late May 2022, went under contract in 2.5 weeks later and closed on our new house 4 weeks after that. Ensuring that you have the best of the best representing you truly does make a huge difference. His communication doesn’t stop after closing. We still reach out to Andy for random questions and he’s always quick to get back to us. A huge thank you, Andy, for helping us secure our home after a long search to allow us to begin expanding our family. We will use him for any and all future purchases. We also recommend him to everyone!
