We got evidence of her passion for the job

We were quite anxious about the process to sell our home in Charlotte. From the very first meeting with Gina, we got evidence of her passion for the job in conjunction with an extraordinary competence. Throughout the entire process Gina and her team took ownership of every aspect and guided us, constantly keeping communications channels open and active (special thanks to Kirsten!). From staging the house to taking pictures, from marketing the property to reaching a deal with the buyers, Gina managed everything professionally and with our best interest in mind. We feel we were lucky that our path crossed with Gina and couldn't recommend her and her team more.

One of the best home sale transactions I've ever had. Bailey is absolutely amazing and did everything to make sure that the sale of the house went very smooth. Very competent and open to help in anyway to move things along. I had no problems and I would recommend Bailey and Nolen to anyone needing to buy or sell at home in the Hickory area.

Bailey and Nolan did a great job in advertising our house. They were very responsive to answer our questions. They provided us with good recommendations for transporting our second car to Boulder, finding a reasonable person to crate our pool table and most important finding a moving company that was very competent. We highly recommend them.
