Michelle earned our trust and really came through making our dream home a reality. We relied on Michelle's local market expertise when purchasing a home 8 hours away. Michelle never missed a detail and always communicated with us promptly, no matter time of day. She truly made us feel like we were her number one client. Michelle was patient and never pressured on crucial decisions. She always led with expertise and kindness. She never hesitated to go above and beyond, not only getting our purchase to the finish line but in continued post sale support. Michelle helped navigate all aspects of our purchase including legal settlement, communication with sellers, additional home furnishings, community lake front covenants, and local maintenance home services. We could not have been more satisfied, we would be honored to recommend Michelle to any friend or family.
