My husband and I decided to list our home in a popular Mooresville subdivision to move to an older home. We stumbled upon Josh when inquiring about a property. We eventually put an offer in on that house and Josh helped us negotiate a very nice price. After all that he then introduced us to a great finance company, met with the lawyers with us, and handled everything from start to finish. We very highly recommend Josh Tucker.
