I moved back to Charlotte, knowing that I wanted to live in South Carolina. Nancy was determined to find me just the right home to fit my needs. She focused on areas that were of interest to me and helped me negotiate a deal for new construction that was the perfect house. Throughout the process, she was detailed in her actions and was there with me all the way to closing. Initially, we thought it would be a smooth and quick transition but the buyers legal representation appeared weak in contract law.  Victoria  was dismayed and stepped in with a suggestion of a skilled attorney for my (seller) representation. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.
