I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. Fast-forward to April 2019, I decided to sell my house and the first one that came to mind was Dawon (because of all the follow-up emails and phone calls we received). I contacted Dawon, met with her, and explained the need for her services in selling not only one, but three houses simultaneously. Dawon answered all of our questions, comforted us in our doubts, and strategically managed to get our homes on the market and sold within our timelines. She dealt with three different "demanding buyers" and their agents, she fought and negotiated for us when we wanted to throw in the towel. I honestly could not have chosen a better agent to represent us.

My husband and I thought we would never be able to buy a house and after alot of searching for a knowledgeable realtor, we found Terran. She made the process so easy and it didnt matter what time of the day it was, she was there to answer our questions. Even at the last minute, if we told her about a house she took us to look at it. Terran made our first home buying process so easy, she didnt just help us find a house, she helped us find a home. We will definitely be back to see her if we ever buy another one. This is my second home bought with Doug. He always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales! You can’t go wrong with him and you’ll really feel like you have someone very reliable on your side to help you pick and buy the right house, and deliver on everything required to close.
